With spectacular Gulf views from every window, this 4/3 beachfront home is the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with those you love. Walk down the stairs and you are in the sand, merely a few steps from the ocean! No lugging beach gear across streets, down boardwalks, or through community access points. Watch the kids play and the sun set from the comfort of the Gulf-front deck or covered back porch which also has amazing Gulf views! You can fish directly in front of the home and cook it right on the beach. Kids and adults alike will love the bonfires on the beach (one of the few places still allowed!) roasting marshmallows and making Smores!
Voted #1 Beach in America 3 years in a row (Port St. Joe State Park) this fantastic beach offers white sand, beautiful water where dolphins play, turtles, and amazing fishing! Located on North Cape, you are walking distance to the Cape Trading Post, Peachy's, Skully's, and St. Joe Shrimp. You are just two miles from the famous Port St. Joe State Park with beach and bay access.
Please note - this home is a single family attached dwelling with a firewall down the middle similar to a Duplex. You can't see the other side even on the decks and porches. This home features plenty of upgrades, from the hardwood flooring to the granite countertops and upscale furnishings in fun, beachy colors.
The first floor: includes a large (12'x25') sundeck with ample seating to enjoy the crashing waves and watch the kids play. Here you will experience some of the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen!
The living room has rosewood hardwood flooring and a flat panel tv over a decorative fireplace. The oversized dining room seats 10+ with additional seating for 3 at the granite bar. The kitchen features upgraded cabinetry with easy-close drawers, stainless steel appliances, hardwood, granite, and plenty of pantry space for groceries.
The first floor has two bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen):
The Master suite has a King bed and full bath with custom tile shower. It has beautiful views of the ocean from the bedroom. This room also features a Smart TV.
The first floor Queen bedroom also has amazing Gulf views! It also has a Smart TV.
The washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.
The second floor also has 2 bedrooms: (1 King + daybed, 1 twin over full bunk)
The upstairs Master suite is huge with breathtaking Gulf views! It features a King bed and a daybed, and has direct access to the large, covered back porch- a private area to enjoy more Gulf views! It also has a Smart TV.
The kids will love their oasis: a bunk room with twin over full bunkbeds and their own flat panel tv! A full bathroom on this level has upgraded cabinetry with marble countertop and walk-in shower.
Looking for pool access? Newly renovated Rish Park is only a 2 mile drive, walk, or bike ride away! See photos for Rish Park amenities that include a huge pool, nice restrooms/showers, and beach access to one of the best sections of beach on all of Cape San Blas.
With all this I saved the best for last. You can still have bonfires (can you say oyster roasts?!?) on the beach and even ride horses with the local stables. We have fished right in front of our home, caught dinner, and then cooked it on the beach. This is definitely old Florida with beautiful sand and water as well as complete relaxation. You are going to LOVE IT!
